Basically to do the sync, you need to go to blackberry. If all goes well and it connects okay, you can backup your bb just to be safe. Then to sync, click on Organizer and configure settings, from here you can tell the software to sync your calendar, address book etc between outlook and your bb. I am trying to set up a new laptop with Outlook and want to set up my Blackberry to sync with it.
