No longer having to run stuff from cmd prompt and no longer having to open notepad as admin to save text files!

Worked for me! I had already turned off UAC, but apparently this script is also required. I wouldn't need to do this if Microsoft added a shift-right-click option or something logical like that. Without this workaround, I have to run a command prompt as administrator, manually browse to the folder with the command shell and execute. Why do they keep making this so difficult for admins?!
